Five
northside homes on
Historic Landmarks Foundation’s
Mid-Century Modern tour.
As one
of several events to celebrate National Historic Preservation
Month, Historic Landmarks Foundation of Indiana will
offer a look inside some local examples of the classic
modern residence of a half-century ago. Back to the
Future: Mid-Century Modern Home Tour, features five
Indianapolis houses built between 1958 and 1964, many
filled with outstanding furniture from the same era.

MANUFACTURING
MATERIAL EFFECTS
EXHIBITION
OPENS AT IMA
The Indianapolis Museum of Art is presently hosting
Manufacturing Material Effects: Rethinking Design and Making
in Architecture, an exhibition that features work from leading
thinkers, designers and manufacturers from around the world
who participated in the 2007 symposium at IMA organized by
Kevin R. Klinger and Branko Kolarevic. The exhibition display
was designed, digitally fabricated, and assembled by a team
of graduate and undergraduate architecture students at Ball
State University working with key regional industry partners.
The exhibition will be on view through June 8, 2008

State University CAP Launches New
Master Of Urban Planning Degree Program
BSU:CAP is launching the new Master of Urban Design
(MUD) program this fall in Indianapolis. The 30 credit, post-professional
degree program is offered in downtown Indianapolis through
a modular, executive-style format designed to accommodate
working professionals.

Two advising sessions are planned if you're interested
