Registration fees for AIA members/firms are $200.00 for the first entry and $100.00 for each additional entry thereafter. Fees for non-AIA member architects are $300.00 for the first entry and $150.00 for each additional entry. Please make checks payable to "AIA Indiana" and mail your submission payment to AIA Indiana Design Awards, 201 N. Illinois St., Suite 1410, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
Fees are non-refundable and will not be refunded for entries that are disqualified or that do not receive an award. Collected fees will cover expenses for publication of the program to the membership, jury expenses, production of the awards, and promotion of the awards to the public.
All submissions are to be electronic and handled by compact disk or flash drive and mailed to AIA Indiana Design Awards, 201 N. Illinois St., Suite 1410, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
Submitted material will be used by AIA Indiana in promotion of this program, and for publicizing the winning entries.
Additional copies of the award can be made for the project owner, contractor(s), etc. If additional copies are desired they can be ordered at cost through AIA Indiana. You can make arrangements with AIA Indiana for additional copies of the awards to be available at the presentation.

Submission deadline is 4 p.m., Friday, August 31, 2012. Entries received after the deadline, or received without registration and payment by the deadline, will be disqualified without consideration.
As applicants prepare their applications, entries are encouraged to use a medium that best supports the identity of each respective project. Specific attention should be given to telling a compelling story of project's scope, challenges, solutions, and personality. No matter the format (e.g., short movie, booklet, etc.), at a minimum, each application must include the following:

Type of construction indicating materials, mechanical and electrical systems, energy efficiency, and other pertinent technical information.
