What does “appropriate” mean? Join us for a discussion panel on mixed approaches to contemporary design in historic neighborhoods – districts that are recognized and protected yet are nonetheless changing, organic places where real communities live. A panel of professionals in architecture, landscape architecture, and planning will share their unique perspectives as they delve into this ever-changing, ever-challenging, sometimes controversial design realm.

Panel Moderator: Donna Sink, AIA, Rowland Design

Panelists: Tom Gallagher, Ratio Architects; Drew White, FAIA, Axis Architecture + Interiors; Mark Demerly, AIA, Demerly Architects; Duncan Stroik, AIA, Duncan G. Stroik, Architect LLC
